Shipping policy
Same Day Shipping Orders placed before 4:00pm CST, Monday–Friday will ship the same day. Parts must be in stock for the order to ship. Approximately 98% of all in-stock orders leave our warehouse the same day (excluding weekends & holidays). Once shipped, average Ground transit time is 1–3 additional business days.
Free Shipping Qualifying orders ship free via ground delivery to the contiguous United States. Excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Check the product page to see if your item qualifies. Oversized or heavy products may require freight shipping. Freight to commercial addresses with a loading dock is free. Freight to residential addresses may require an additional delivery charge.
Shipment Method All orders ship Ground standard. We also offer Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air. We cannot accept PO boxes or APO addresses. We ship to all 50 states.
Shipment Shortages Any shortage must be reported within 6 business days. For packaging errors, provide the date/package code on the label with the part number.
Back Orders All orders are entered as ship and back order unless otherwise directed. Back orders ship as they become available. We will contact you for back orders over 5 days old.
