Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Espino's Tires & Auto Center will accept returns for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Please include all original items in your return shipment. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Returns within 30 days will receive a full refund.
  • Returns from 31–90 days will receive a full refund minus 10% to cover shipping and handling.
  • No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
  • Non-contiguous US residents (Alaska and Hawaii) are responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method and are generally issued within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned goods. Your bank may require additional processing time.

Non-Brand Returns Non-Rough Country branded products, such as tires and wheels, may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee depending on condition of returned items.

How to Start a Return Please submit your return request only once — duplicate requests can slow down the process. Allow 24–48 hours for us to process your request.

Warranty & Defective Returns If you have received a defective or warranty replacement part, contact us and we will coordinate the return and replacement process on your behalf.
